Service learning

I stood outside with a bucket asking passing cars for donations to feed families for the holidays to come.

I distributed groceries and a 64 pound turkey or 34 pound chicken to families in need.

My family and I put together care packages with food, toiletries, and warm coats for the winter for  sick and shut in people during covid.

I prepared meals and clothing for less fortunate families in west Philadelphia.

I provided free tutoring to young girls from 3rd to 8th grade in math, English, science, and Spanish.

Spring 2023 I participated in this service project in Jackson, Mississippi. I was able to work with reputable non-profit organizations like Habitat for Humanity and The Boys & Girls Club to assist the underserved and underrepresented communities in Jackson.
